Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're glad to help — here's how it works.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, use, or scents.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@dearlycatholic.com before sending your return. We'll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Our items ship from more than one location, so it's important that your return is sent to the address we provide. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or may not be eligible for a refund if they are sent to the wrong location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dearlycatholic.com.

Please include a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale because they are created specifically for you. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check all spelling, personalization, and other details before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Our fulfillment team moves quickly, and orders can enter the fulfillment process shortly after they're placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, even if you contact us immediately after placing it.

  • If we catch it in time: We'll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

  • If it has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process: We're unable to stop the order. Once it arrives, you're welcome to return any eligible items under our Standard Return Policy above, including applicable return shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Dearly Catholic Co. is not responsible for replacing or refunding the package.

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll refund the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
